What goes into pricing?
Cost of supplies, time spent making each piece, time spent researching and purchasing supplies, miscellaneous business expenses, licenses, time updating website, advertising, craft show fees, postage for supplies purchased on the internet, time spent at bead shows, time organizing, etc.
A piece might be strung and look simple to make but what goes on that piece of leather or hemp or Chinese knotting cord, or chain were not just mindlessly strung. And those beads could be semi-precious stones or Swarovski crystals. Or Czech glass. Or vintage finds!

I pride myself on being detailed oriented and as a result, each piece I make is finished to my satisfaction. And to yours.
Altering/adjusting/resizing:
Please use the measuring chart and follow the instructions for determining your size. Measure carefully to insure the correct wrist size.
If you see a piece that you would like but the one shown is not your size, I can make a larger piece smaller at no charge. But if it needs to be a larger size then this becomes a brand new custom piece. The price changes with the number of wraps, supplies used and time to make it.
If you see a photo of a piece that has sold, but would like to have one like or similar, please contact me.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders require a non-refundable payment of 50% to begin work. The remaining 50% is due when the piece is finished and ready for shipping.
I will work with you to make a piece using the supplies I typically use. If an order requires ordering something I do not keep in stock, customer will pay extra for the item(s) and shipping. I will not be able to give a firm price until I have done my research and know what the total cost of materials will be and now much time it will take to make the piece. I will get this information to you as soon as possible. I will write up a custom jewelry work order, email it to you so that you can review it, sign and return it to me. I will try to include a sketch.
Once a piece that has been custom ordered is made and delivered, I do not do any re-design work on it.
If you order a piece and upon receiving it find that it does not fit as the sizing chart and your measurements indicated it should, please contact me right away.
PAYMENT
Payment is done through Paypal.
Applicable sales tax will be charged on total merchandise, including shipping and handling fees on all orders shipping to California, Georgia, Texas and New York addresses
SHIPPING
I ship only to the U.S at this time, international shipping is not available.
I use first class USPS and items usually ship within 3 days after payment has cleared.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout after entering the shipping address. All shipping charges are non-refundable, no exceptions.
At this time I do not ship to PO Boxes.
After your online order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email providing the tracking number as well as information on how to track your package.
RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged:
*Custom or personalized items
*Sale items
*Items that have been worn and sustain damage
Conditions of returns or exchanges:
If you are not completely satisfied with the item(s) you received, you may return your purchase for a full refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
*Contact me within 7 days of delivery
*Ship items back within 14 days of delivery.
*Buyer pays return shipping
* Item must be unworn, unaltered and unwashed.
* Item must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging.
*Include the original packing slip
*I reserve the right to deny a refund or exchange if the item(s) returned are not in original condition or do not meet my quality standards. Requests for refund or exchange of merchandise purchased must be accompanied by the original receipt.
*If an item is being returned, a refund will be issued once the item arrives and has been examined.
Once I receive your return and confirm that its condition is acceptable, I will process your refund in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All sales taxes will be refunded. You will be notified via email to the email address listed on your account when the refund is applied. Your bank may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account.
I do not offer merchandise exchanges. If you would like one item in place of another, simply return your original purchase by following the above return guidelines and place a new order for the item that you would like.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchasing an item.
